Avoid Burnout In The Workplace
Our dynamic workshops and training programs have been designed to help leaders master two critical competencies in today's workforce - Retention & Engagement Strategies and the art of Speaking Up and Influencing.
In today’s fast-paced work environment, burnout and betrayal are common issues that can negatively impact employee retention and engagement. Similarly, lacking communication skills can hinder one’s ability to influence and move people to take action. Through a combination of coaching, training, role play, and small and full group conversations, our Half-Day and Full-Day or 4-Week Combined Experiences will equip participants with the mindset, skill set, and habits to differentiate between burnout and betrayal, develop strategies to prevent and manage them, strengthen communication confidence, and become more influential leaders.
Our Programs
It’s Not Burnout; It’s Betrayal – Retention & Engagement Strategies for Leaders
Half-Day Experience
Participants will be able to differentiate between burnout and betrayal so they can get to the root cause of what’s not working for them professionally. Through a mix of coaching, training, role play, and small and full group conversation, participants will develop the mindset, skill set, and habits to address, manage, and prevent feelings of betrayal so they (or their employees) can stay engaged and satisfied in their career for the long-haul.
By the end of this experience, participants will be able to:
- Differentiate burnout from betrayal and get to the root cause of what’s not working
- Identify personal and career expectations so they can advocate effectively on their own behalf, prevent the rupture of expectations, and more easily reach their full potential
- Discover a 5-step framework to minimize the recurrence of betrayal and adeptly handle setbacks when they emerge
- Shift from seeking to please, conform, and perform for others to validating themselves
By the end of this experience, participants will be able to:
- Reframe diminishing self-talk so that it supports rather than undermines communication confidence
- Play nicely with feelings that come up when presenting ideas and navigating uncomfortable situations
- Minimize vocalized thinking and amplify their speaking presence to increase credibility, likeability, and trust
- Call people to take action on ideas in low and high-stakes speaking situations (i.e., team meetings, project pitches, or presentations)
